Delivery & Returns
At Safe Haven Distribution Ltd, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order has been confirmed.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Free UK delivery on orders over £100.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9:00 am.
Delivery updates may be provided by SMS using the contact number supplied during checkout.
Please Note, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order number.
